Her garments are perfectly cut, luxuriously executed and full of smart details and clear references.

Monique van Heist (Haarsteeg, 1972) started her label moniquevanheist in 2004, after graduating from the AKI academy of fine arts and receiving her master degree from the Fashion Institute Arnhem.

With her label she investigates the grey areas of our dress culture while applying a little dose of humor.

moniquevanheist private shopping provides a one on one personal styling service.

In this way we can assist you in creating a wardrobe that lasts, season after season.

Each private shopping appointment is tailored to suit your needs:
It starts with a conversation by phone or email, after which we can present you a selection of items.

Also we are able to advise you on size and fitting of the selected pieces.

If you would prefer to see and try out the collection in real life, you are most welcome to visit our location in Haps, the Netherlands.

delivery info

exchanges, returns and refunds

We hope you’re delighted with your order. If you’re not satisfied, you may return your items during 14 days from the delivery of your order.
You can apply for a return here. Or send an e-mail or whatsapp if you wish to exchange an item.

return policy

You must return the products to moniquevanheist in perfect condition. The products should not have been worn, used or washed. Returns will only be accepted if the products are returned with the original packaging fully intact and the original labels still attached to each product.

Please note that return costs are for the account of the buyer. Cost of the merchandise alone will be refunded. The moniquevanheist online store will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping.
Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest, after moniquevanheist online store receives the returned products. The refund will be automatically refunded to the account of your original payment. Please note, that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge you may have will not be refunded by moniquevanheist online store.

returns from outside EU and in the UK

Additional info for returns from outside the EU and in the UK: make sure you mark the box as ‘return commercial sample’ and don’t forget to add the invoice you received from us, otherwise moniquevanheist will be charged with customs duties, which we will then charge to you.

All price are in euros including Dutch VAT (21%) and excluding shipping costs. moniquevanheist accept payments via IDEAL (in the Netherlands), Visa, Mastercard, SOFORT Banking, Bancontact and bank transfer. After placing an order, costumers receive an automatically generated confirmation by email. Payments are processed by Mollie.

moniquevanheist ships to most countries around the world. Shipping costs and delivery time may vary per country.
All orders are dispatched within 1 – 3 working days from the time you placed your order. The customer receives a tracking number by e-mail once the order has been sent.
